Cellular World, a leading AT&T authorized retailer, is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Manager to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure profitability while aligning with At Your Service and Key Satisfaction drivers.

You will coach staff, monitor training and compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships across shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous retail or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT Your Service and Key Satisfaction Drivers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals; assist employees with closing sales and customer service.
• Observe customer experience to determine the AT&T Experience Steps focus.
• Open/close the retail location following procedures.
• Complete required training monthly and annually per AT&T standards.
• Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, discrepancies, and counts.
• Provide resolutions to customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Develop positive relationships with staff and customers; coach sales associates.
• Recognize top and low performers to drive improvement.
• Assist with resumes screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
• Conduct staff meetings to communicate promotions, goals, and trends.
• Ensure proper merchandising and brand compliance per AT&T requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with coworkers and consumers.
