Job summary

Wireless Nation, a Verizon Wireless Zone retailer, seeks a Store Manager to lead a dynamic sales team in Temple, Texas. You will develop high-performing staff, drive customer experiences, and manage inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations.

The role rewards leadership, initiative, and the ability to coach others, with a compensation plan built around performance and incentives; you’ll create ownership opportunities for customers on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Two years sales experience but will train the right applicant.
• Leadership ability with at least two years of experience in a business setting and at least three years of experience in customer-facing retail sales environment selling customer solutions.
• Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences — and sales results — through team development.
• Experience with diplomatically managing multiple commitments to sales, customers, staff, and operations.
• Adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule (availability to cover store hours)
