Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager in Tempe, AZ to lead store operations and drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer service. You will supervise staffing, coaching, and performance, ensuring store standards and compliance across daily activities.

The ideal candidate has wireless retail experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with availability for evenings and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; higher education is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of wireless retail experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides world‑class customer service including greeting customers in stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Leads by example by exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating and managing a high‑performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security management.
• Manages cash, credit card and other payment media handling /Register Management.
• Maintains store appearance and back room according to retail standards.
• Offers consultative sales and service on the sales floor.
