Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs, providing world-class service.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and optimizing existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across the store.
• Manage cash, inventory, and deposits in line with store policies.
• Assist customers with activations, changes, bill payments, and plan upgrades.
