Arch Telecoms is hiring Retail Associates to join our fast-paced team in New Jersey. You will learn customer service excellence, demonstrate the latest wireless technology, and help customers find personalized device and plan solutions in-store.

You will collaborate with peers and store leaders to meet performance goals, build relationships, and develop skills for future promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion. Full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering best-in-class experience.
• Demonstrate and explain latest technology in-store to customers.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions for customers.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and handoff small business leads to the team.
