Job summary

TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Bristol, CT, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative. Earn base pay plus commission with potential to make $20+/hour all in.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service in-store and on phones.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build relationships with colleagues and customers across channels.
• Assist with opening/closing and store operations, including cash handling and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store appearance.
• Identify customer needs and assist with activations, changes, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
