Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the store and answering phones.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Handles cash, inventory counts and deposits in accordance with control standards.
• Grows knowledge of devices and plans to assist with activations and upgrades.
