Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand in a high-energy setting. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through device configurations, plans, and accessories.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, building lasting customer relationships, and collaborating with store management on daily operations. Must be flexible with schedule in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in stores and answering phones.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with customers and coworkers across channels.
• Operates the store, including opening/closing, cash handling and deposits.
