Job summary

TCC Wireless in Windsor, CT is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand and drive store revenue. You’ll greet shoppers, explain plans, process activations and payments, and maintain a high-energy store environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic with good communication skills, able to work nights and weekends, and capable of building lasting customer relationships. Base pay with commission offers potential to exceed $20/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all channels of the business.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms and individual work area according to store standards.
• Assists customers with activations, changes, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
