Job summary

TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative. You will be the connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering energetic, friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting.

As part of the TCC Wireless team you’ll greet customers, drive revenue, build relationships, handle cash and inventory, and assist with activations and plan changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the store, answering phones and assessing needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across channels of the business.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and work area according to store standards.
• Assists with activations, bill payments, plan changes and upgrades.
• Retail Sales Representative is responsible for achieving assigned performance metrics.
