Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates while delivering a best-in-class customer service experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, leading store operations, hiring, scheduling, and driving growth in a dynamic telecom retail environment.

The position requires 1 year of management experience and 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the Wireless Industry.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required).

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that exceeds sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching.
• Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to meet KPIs.
• Maintain staffing through retention, recruiting and training.
• Build a steady client base by ethical and customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team in community events.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and enforce policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
