Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a team of Retail Sales Associates and drive best-in-class customer service at an AT&T Authorized Retailer location. You will coach, train, hire, and schedule staff, ensuring peak sales performance while maintaining store operations and compliance.

The role offers strong base pay, uncapped commissions, ongoing paid training, and clear career growth pathways.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the team to achieve exceptional customer experiences and sales results.
• Train and lead a team to deliver superior customer service and meet store targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching of team members.
• Establish and maintain location staffing through recruitment and retention.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, inventory counts, and merchandising per policy.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team for community events and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations; maintain store standards.
