Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Fort Wayne, IN to lead and coach a store team, deliver legendary customer service, and exceed sales targets. You will hire, schedule, and develop staff while ensuring store operations meet company standards.

You will build a loyal client base, coordinate with AT&T Signature partners, and maintain a clean, compliant store environment while driving performance through coaching, training, and recognition.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching.
• Maintain staffing levels through retention, recruiting, and training.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team and hosting events.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and enforce policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and store standards.
