Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring Retail Sales Associates in a fast-paced telecom environment. You will engage customers, present mobile, internet, TV, and voice options, and help residential customers connect to essential services.

Expect to meet sales goals through upselling and excellent service. The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays in our Tyler, TX stores.

Qualifications

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience.
• Must have experience building rapport with customers in a customer-facing sales or service environment.
• Must have experience selling to customers in a customer-facing environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs preferred.
