Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring energetic Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our fast-growing network of retail stores. You will help residential customers connect to mobile, internet, cable, and TV services, with a focus on delivering clear solutions and outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail or sales experience, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
