Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring Retail Sales Associates to engage customers in our telecom retail stores across the region. You will present mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services, identify customer needs, and recommend fitting bundles. You will upsell where appropriate and strive to meet or exceed personal and store targets.

The role requires reliability for flexible scheduling, with weekend/evening shifts, and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience.
• Experience building rapport with customers in a customer-facing sales or service environment.
• Experience selling to customers in a customer-facing environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius and have reliable transportation.

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.

• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs preferred.
