Job summary

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team in the United States. You will be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products while helping customers throughout their shopping journey in-store or online.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate devices, and guide customers with thoughtful questions, aiming for loyalty and growth toward Mobile Expert after training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology through hands-on in-store demonstrations.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
