Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team. This learning role provides hands-on customer care, in-store demonstrations, and teamwork to build expertise for a future Mobile Expert promotion after training completion.

You'll help customers pick up their shopping journey, showcase devices and plans, and develop relationships through patience, honesty, and empathy. Full-time or part-time roles with competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience and help customers through their shopping journey.
• Demonstrate and explain devices, plans, and accessories in-store.
• Answer questions with patience and empathy and build lasting relationships with customers.
