Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and product expertise.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Learn to use digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, including coverage information and plans.
• Build relationships with peers and cross-channel teams to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
