You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, building relationships, learning our products, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by picking up where they left off in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology and explain product benefits to customers.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond basic devices and plans.
• Guide customers through the purchasing journey with informed questions and answers.
