Job summary

Arch Telecom, a national Wireless Preferred Retailer with 200+ stores, seeks a Mobile Associate to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Train with the team, build product expertise, and progress toward a Mobile Expert role after training completion.

You will help customers choose products, demonstrate how devices work, and upsell accessories while maintaining a fast-paced, friendly store environment. This learning role emphasizes skill-building and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online, guiding them through the shopping journey.
• Conduct hands‑on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Engage in side‑by‑side selling to tailor solutions and upsell accessories or IoT devices.
• Provide thoughtful answers, build relationships, and help resolve issues.
