Job summary

Arch Telecom is a national Wireless Preferred Retailer with 200+ stores, seeking Mobile Associates to provide best-in-class customer experiences. Learn, demonstrate and recommend devices and services while building expertise to advance to a Mobile Expert role after training completion.

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, focusing on customer needs, loyalty, and rapid product knowledge growth, with progression opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and upsell accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Build lasting relationships and collaborate with team across channels to resolve issues.
