Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates (SiS) to energize a high-traffic retail environment with customers. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and use self-serve tools to showcase value of T-Mobile products and services while building relationships and meeting sales targets.

Requires a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience; training pay applies, with potential incentives and stock grants included in the Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services using solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; support onboarding of customers and on-site operations.
• Builds relationships with leadership and nearby teams to support customer experience from setup to servicing.
