Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store in Independence, MO to engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on the value of T-Mobile solutions.

You will train on the in-store experience, use digital tools, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. A High School diploma and 6 months of retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Use solution-based selling to demonstrate value and guide customers through onboarding and self-serve options.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready with current promos and hub updates.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experiences from account setup to device support.
