My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an experienced Retail Sales Manager to coach and develop a team, delivering best-in-class customer service while driving sales performance. You will supervise daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching to meet location KPIs.

Responsibilities include community engagement, maintaining a safe, well-merchandised environment, and building a loyal client base.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching.
• Maintain location staffing through retention, recruiting, and training.
• Build a steady client base through ethical customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team and community events.
• Maintain store safety and merchandising per company standards.
