Job summary

T-MOBILE USA, Inc. is looking for individuals to support retail operations in Oxnard, California. This role involves engaging customers and facilitating their technology needs in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be responsible for building product knowledge, demonstrating technology solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Applicants must have at least a high school diploma and preferably 6 months of retail experience. This position offers a base pay of $19.50 per hour, training incentives, and opportunities for growth as a Mobile Expert.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service plans.
• Complete required training for knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues for a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other additional duties/projects as assigned.
