Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team in Gettysburg, PA. You will learn customer service basics, demonstrate the latest devices, and help customers choose plans and accessories while building loyalty and product knowledge.

This learning role leads toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with peers and store leaders, enjoying performance incentives, ESOP benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and empathy for customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Develop relationships with peers and leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
