Qualifications

• Assist customers by picking up where they left off in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology with hands-on demonstrations.
• Sell devices and services with personalized solutions beyond basic plans.
• Provide service with composure, integrity, and empathy.
• Use digital tools for onboarding and product demos.
• Explain coverage and LTE speeds in customers’ neighborhoods.
• Complete in-store training and learn new skills and processes.
• Engage with customers and coworkers to resolve issues and hand off small business leads.
