Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our national wireless retail team. You will learn customer service and sales, demonstrate devices and services, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey in-store or online.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and willing to work full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20+ hours). We offer ESOP, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond the device and service plan.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
