Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in a fast-paced AT&T authorized retailer environment. You will assist the Store Manager in coaching a sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions, working across AT&T products and services.

You will contribute to achieving sales and service goals, participate in training, and help manage store operations while supporting growth paths within My Wireless.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail/wireless environment is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environments is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and standards.
• Execute and exceed on sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in location operations, staffing, inventory, and presentation.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
