Job summary

TCC Wireless in Derby, CT is seeking a Full-Time Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) to lead store operations and drive sales for T-Mobile products and plans.

You will greet customers, assess their needs, and guide activations, bill payments, and upgrades while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

This role requires strong communication, problem solving, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with customers and employees across channels of the business.
• Opens, closes and operates the retail facility, including cash handling and deposits following standards.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and organization as per retail standards.
• Assists with service activations, bill payments, upgrades and accessory sales.
• Meets assigned performance metrics.
