Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Windsor, CT seeks a Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) to be the connection between the customer and the T-Mobile brand. You are energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable about the latest devices and plans, building lasting relationships with customers and teammates.

As RAM, you will lead store operations, drive revenue through new and existing accounts, handle activations and bill payments, and ensure the store meets performance metrics while maintaining a clean, compliant, and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
Builds relationships with employees and customers across all channels of the business.
Operates the retail facility including opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits in line with standards.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms and work areas per standards.
Assists customers with service activations, changes and bill payments, accessories, and plan changes.
Aims to achieve assigned performance metrics.
