Job summary

TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in New Haven, CT, is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) to lead in-store sales and customer experience. You will drive revenue, supervise store activities, and train team members while maintaining store standards and compliance with policies.

This full-time role requires strong communication, reliability and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting, with opportunities for development and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail or sales experience with strong customer focus is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers' accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Manages store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits in line with standards.
• Maintains store appearance and work areas per retail standards.
• Assists customers with activations, plan changes, upgrades and payments.
• Aims to achieve assigned performance metrics.
