My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its fast-paced retail team in Hawthorne, CA. In this role, you will assist and coach the Store Manager and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

You will drive sales, manage operations, and participate in training and development, with growth opportunities and a path to potentially managing your own location.

Qualifikationen

• Management experience in retail or wireless sector.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
