My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team, assist with operations, and participate in coaching and development to prepare for future growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance goals, and active involvement in marketing and staffing while maintaining an energetic store environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field required.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory and appearance.
• Develop, train, and manage team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunities arise.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and engaging work environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate as a team to exceed individual and store goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities.
