My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a high-energy sales team and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services. You will drive sales initiatives, manage daily store operations, training, and staff development to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field, required.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
