Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to coach and lead a team, deliver excellent customer experiences, and drive sales with a strong commission structure. The role supports the Store Manager in operations, staffing, and training while upholding AT&T standards across a fast-paced retail environment in Los Angeles.

The position requires retail or telecom sales experience, flexibility in hours, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).

• Assist and support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Maintain location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Develop and train team members to improve sales effectiveness.
