Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to deliver superior customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. The role offers strong base pay with commission, ongoing paid training, and opportunities for growth across locations in the My Wireless network.

You will help manage operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance while coaching staff to meet sales goals and AT&T

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities each day.
