Job summary

Ready Wireless Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to drive new business in Attleboro and surrounding areas. This hunter role focuses on acquiring small business and individual customers with a strong local presence, leveraging local networking and prospecting to exceed monthly quotas.

The role bridges field and retail operations, offering flexible in-store coverage when needed and opportunities to grow through solution-based selling and relationship management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience (preferred in a commissioned environment)
• Outside sales experience including both B2B and B2C prospecting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Community Lead Generation: Generate and work leads in local territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Customer Needs & Solution Selling: Analyze customer needs to demonstrate value of offerings, recommending wireless solutions tailored to local businesses and consumers.
• Store Coverage & Retail Support: Provide in-store coverage when required, delivering face-to-face customer service and driving retail sales.
• Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Skill Development: Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management; participate in product training and sales meetings.
• Sales Approaches: Create and refine sales approaches, tailored solutions, and proposals for the local market.
• Sales Automation: Use sales force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and report daily activities and forecasts.
