OSL Retail Services seeks a Wireless Manager to lead the wireless department within a high-energy retail setting. You will guide a sales team, manage daily operations, and drive profitability through expert product knowledge and customer service.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, while maintaining stock levels and executing promotional campaigns. This role requires wireless/electronics expertise and a proven track record in retail

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of the wireless department and ensure service efficiency.
• Supervise a team of sales associates including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Drive sales targets and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services and train the team accordingly.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stocking and display per company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and operational changes.
• Forecast sales, analyze trends, and adapt strategies to market conditions.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance and manage the department budget.
• Maintain clean, organized sales area and report results to management.
