Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead a wireless kiosk team, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and implement strategic initiatives to meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Proven ability to drive team performance and sales results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and customer interactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with proactive problem-solving.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wireless department for efficient service delivery.
• Supervise a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and evaluation.
• Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing effective strategies.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure the team stays informed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels and display standards.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and changes.
• Forecast sales and adapt strategies to market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal regulations and manage department budget.
