Job summary

InfraServices is seeking an Integration Foreman to lead on-site installation, provisioning, and maintenance of critical wireless systems. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, and maintain schedules and budgets across projects.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in wireless telecom, two years in leadership, and relevant safety certifications. Travel to sites and hands-on equipment handling are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related trade school acceptable.
• Minimum five years of experience in wireless telecommunications.
• Two+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Certifications include OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and RF Safety Awareness.
• Ability to read RF data sheets and operate testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise installation, provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and restoration of wireless systems.
• Lead field crews from initiation to completion with safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Act as on-site safety leader and enforce safety protocols.
• Oversee loading, execution, and validation of software, scripts, configurations with integration tools.
• Manage on-site inventory and materials with accurate tracking.
• Submit required closeout documentation per client and company standards.
• Evaluate crew performance and provide coaching and training recommendations.
• Perform quality assurance and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in organized condition.
• Communicate job status, issues, and changes with management.
• Complete daily reports, safety observations, quality checklists, and site photos.
