Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a hands-on Foreman to oversee wireless tower construction and maintenance at multiple sites. You will lead field crews, coordinate resources, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and per customer and company standards.

The role requires climbing towers to 500 feet, conducting advanced testing (sweep, fiber, PIM), and training technicians while maintaining strong communication with management and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related trade school preferred.
• 5 years in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services.
• 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Certifications in climbing/rescue, OSHA 30, first aid/CPR, and rigging/hoisting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tower crew activities with safety, quality and productivity emphasis.
• Climb towers up to 500 feet and perform installations and maintenance.
• Lead safety briefings and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas, radios, and cables.
• Interpret RF specs and construction documents for accurate work.
