Job summary

InfraServices is seeking an Integration Technician III to lead advanced installation, repair, modification, and testing of wireless and electrical equipment across complex networks. The role emphasizes safety, on-time delivery, and quality, with training responsibilities for the team.

You will travel to job sites, supervise crews, diagnose issues using specialized tools, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Three to five years of progressive experience in the wireless telecommunications industry.
Experience overseeing crews and supporting field operations.
Ability to complete complex integration work independently and guide others.
OSHA 30 Construction Training Card (must obtain).
First Aid and CPR Certification (must obtain).
Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification (must obtain).
RF Radiation Safety & Awareness certification (must obtain).
Other relevant certifications may be required per scope of work.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex cell site deployments across multiple technologies with minimal supervision.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, transport, and RF issues using advanced test equipment.
Load, customize, validate, and optimize customer software and configurations.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve cellular, transport, and performance issues.
Perform and oversee call testing, alarm testing, and system validation activities.
Install, configure, and verify cellular equipment and supporting components on site.
Train and mentor team members in technical skills and safety practices.
Travel regularly to job sites, including overnight stays.
