Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Field Construction Manager I to coordinate wireless cell site construction from planning through closeout. You will work with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

You will lead safety on-site, manage material logistics and cost estimates, and drive milestones to completion. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in wireless site construction or field services.
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of wireless infrastructure development, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, civil construction, and RF installation.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety practices, permitting, and compliance processes.
• Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and vendors on active job sites.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between project management and construction crews.
• Serve as on-site safety leader and enforce safety protocols.
• Conduct site assessments, evaluate conditions, and develop cost estimates and risk plans.
• Create detailed bills of materials aligned with drawings and scope.
• Oversee material logistics, deliveries, inventory, and shortages.
• Monitor project progress and report milestones and budget adherence.
• Establish and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and safety.
