Qualifications

• CRM/ERP systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with on-site sales support.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and direct to the correct department when needed.
• Prepare quotes and process in-person and phone orders promptly and accurately, including payments/delivery.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records and assist with system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse to fulfill customer needs.
