PositionOverview

The Counter & Inside Sales Representative is afull-time, on-site sales position responsible for delivering responsive, knowledgeable service to
walk-incustomers while supporting customers through phone,email, and other inside sales channels. The roleidentifies customer needs,
recommends appropriateproducts and solutions, prepares quotes, processesorders, resolves routine service needs, and follows upto support
customer satisfaction and sales growth.Thisposition is designed for an early-career candidate whois eager to learn the wireless
communicationsindustry,develop expertise in wireless technology and WAV'sproduct lines, and build a career in sales. WAV providestraining
on products, systems, and internalprocesses.

Essential JobFunctions

• Greet and assist walk-in customers promptly,providing courteous, professional on-site salessupport and product or service information
• Answer and manage inbound calls professionally,handle inquiries when appropriate, and directcallers to the correct department as needed
• Listen to and understand customer needs, identifyappropriate products and services, and recommendrelated products and accessories
• Prepare quotes and process in-person and phoneorders promptly and accurately, including applicablepayments, pickup, or delivery arrangements
• Respond to customer emails and messages promptly,courteously, and respectfully
• Address customer inquiries and service issues,identify solutions, and elevate concerns asneeded
• Support WAV house accounts and provide responsiveservice to internal customers
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, order, andactivity information in the CRM and ERP systems,including setting up complex orders
• Maintain a proficient understanding of internalsystems and processes and participate in systemenhancement testing efforts
• Contact manufacturers directly to obtain DDO/PEpricing updates as needed
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the product linesdistributed by WAV
• Participate in Company and supplier training tobuild knowledge of the wireless communicationsindustry, wireless technology, WAV product lines,sales processes, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Solutions,Operations, Warehouse, manufacturers, and otherinternal partners to fulfill customer needs
• Adhere to and promote the WAV Fundamentals
• Work toward established individual and team salesand service goals

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Highschool diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degreepreferred. One to three years of customer service,retail, sales, warehouse counter, technology-related, orother relevant experience required, or an equivalentcombination of education and experience. The successfulcandidate must demonstrate a strong desire to learn thewireless communications industry, wireless technology,and technical product sales.

Language Ability

Abilityto respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiriesor complaints. Excellent written and verbal skills.Ability to read, comprehend, and write simpleinstructions, short correspondence, and memos. Abilityto effectively present information in one-on-one andsmall group situations to customers, clients, and otheremployees of the organization.

Math Ability

Abilityto apply concepts such as fractions, percentages,ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to adapt to challenging situations as well ashave the ability to balance, execute and prioritize bothroutine and analytical tasks. Ability to defineproblems, collect data, establish facts, and draw validconclusions. Willingness, capability, and determinationto solve problems and participate in teamproblem-solving and negotiations.

Computer Skills

Basicproficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability tolearn CRM, ERP, point-of-sale, and product lookupsystems. Experience with NetSuite or a CRM system ishelpful but not required.
