Job summary

Your Wireless is seeking an experienced Contact Center Representative to act as the liaison between customers and the sales team. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, assist with product information, and drive promotions across Verizon offerings.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a team focused on delivering top-tier customer experiences at our New York area locations.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in a call center or tele sales environment.
• 2+ years customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Knowledge of wireless technology and services (preferred).
• Previous experience with Verizon products and services (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of outbound and inbound calls to/from Verizon customers.
• Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups and sales promotions.
• Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and SMS messages.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team.
• Upsell products or services to increase revenue.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
