Job summary

Betacom seeks a Project Manager to lead large-scale wireless infrastructure projects from site acquisition through construction. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams of engineers, field staff and vendors while maintaining strong client relations.

This role requires a College degree in wireless site development or related field, at least 3 years of experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in wireless site development.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in wireless site development.
• Excellent communication skills (English).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale wireless infrastructure projects from site acquisition through construction.
• Interface with clients and management daily on project status.
• Oversee budgets, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead project team including engineers, field staff and vendors.
• Ensure contract compliance and maintain strong client relations.
• Prepare regular status reports for Market Directors and executives.
• Attend market reviews and executive staff meetings.
