Job summary

Aviat Networks seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead microwave installation and commissioning projects in Nevada, ensuring alignment with strategy and commitments. You will coordinate with carriers, municipalities, and field teams to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires extensive knowledge of wireless infrastructure permitting, regulatory compliance, and strong leadership with budgeting and forecasting skills to manage complex programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
10+ years’ experience delivering value-add, project-based solutions in telecom.
Strong understanding of microwave/wireless transmission installation.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute projects aligning with customer and region requirements.
Define tasks, budgets, and schedules to meet commitments.
Coordinate permitting across jurisdictions and with carriers, municipalities, utilities.
Lead project teams, manage vendor/partner relationships, and drive PMO collaboration.
Apply PMI processes from Initiation to Closing and ensure on-time design signoffs.
